A panel of 2-3 peers followed by a panel of 2-3 from leadership will ask approximately 7-9 STAR format type of questions each approximately 1 hour in length. Often times candidates are given an opportunity to ask questions to a non-interviewing peer.

Detailed nad very friendly. Conducted by managers along with HF professional open to answer any questions I had. I had many occasions to ask questions and understand my future role. I also felt that hiring manager was absolutely honest and open. Very nice experience.
