J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADInstruments
Entretien
Got referred by a friend and applied online. Process took about 3 weeks. Flew me out to the office since I am out of state. Very informative and helpful throughout the whole process. The current staff there was very helpful in asking questions about daily routine and life in Colorado Springs, CO. There were 3 stages. An initial contact by phone allowing me to ask more about position, Skype interview, and then an in-person interview at the office I would be working at.

1st a phone interview, 2nd skype interview, 3rd in person interview in CO-springs. Lots of personality questions as well as technical questions. The overall process took about 2 months from start to finish and seemed a little unorganized but, nice people to interview with.

After applying online, a few weeks later I had a short phone screen to make sure I was interested in the position. After that I set up a phone interview for that week with the hiring manager and the head of the American sales group. It was an average interview about an hour long discussing my background my experience with physiology and why I was interested in sales. Only a few basic behavioral questions. A few weeks later I was selected as a final candidate and was flown out to interview in upcoming weeks. In person interview was about 3 hours with the same 2 interviewers in a conference room. Agin reviewed background and some more behavioral questions. Gauged my personality type and interest in sales and career path. Then had some technical questions about the products they sell, dsp and filtering and some physiology questions. After that there was situational questions asking how I would act if this or that happened. Then I was asked to give a short elevator pitch about myself and why I wanted the job. Finally was showed around the small office and met the employees and then was taken out to dinner.
