I applied to an internship position with ADM as a college student. A member of their college outreach HR team reached out to me for a first interview, just to verify that my degree program matched the position I had applied for and that I was legally eligible to work for them. I then interviewed with a global manager and regional manager for the department I would be working in. They were incredibly friendly and positive throughout the whole interaction.
