Normal interview process. CV picked from many and then preliminary discussion. Since this was a consulting role we couldn't come to an agreement on remuneration so we decided to go no further.

Took many months. Two stages of interview. The approvals and background checks take a long time. Four-six months from start to finish. They can be slow to get back to you, but the team do try and do their best and are friendly .
