J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez AIG (Tracy, CA) en août 2016

It was really an assessment style inquiry vs a job specific interview. The interviewer had not seen my resume, nor knew anything about my background and did most of the talking.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Do you prefer to work internally or externally (in an office or out with the clients)? Would you want to make salary, hourly or commission? Would you be willing to get your insurance license? Some people like to work in a cubicle, do you? Have you remained the same or do you change? There are several HR positions and manager positions, if you are in management would you be willing to train employees?

The process was pretty easy, they found my resume on Monster and I decided to check it out because it wasn't a salesman title. It was a practically a salesman job except they already have clients for you so that takes the stress off of searching for clients. Upon the interview, you filled out an application asking for your entire work history from the last five years, including the addresses and company number. After that, the initial interview was to tell you about the company and role, the second interview was the real one to meet with the boss. Overall it was an easy interview for me, I got along with the hiring manager.
