Found the application for the entry level internal audit analyst (full time analyst program) on LinkedIn, applied online, an HR person reached out a few days later to schedule a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I was notified that I would advance to the final interview stage to interview with the actual internal audit team. The interviews were very conversational. I had quite a few questions prepared to ask thankfully because they definitely wanted to answer my questions. The interviews with the team seemed like the were trying to sell the position as much as HR. Be prepared to know your CV because they asked a lot of specific situational and personality questions related to my positions. Also, general questions about my technical abilities were asked. This whole process has been smooth, professional, prompt & I’m happy to accept. In total, the process took 4 weeks with consistent weekly updates along the way and a prompt notification of an offer the day after I interview.
