J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez AIG (Marlton, NJ) en mai 2009

AIG wasted 2 months of my time. I did a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Then a few weeks later I did a panel interview which lasted 3 hours. The fun was just getting started. I then went to another state to interview with yet another manager. A couple weeks later the manager called to say I would be receiving an offer shortly. Then I got a call from HR quizzing me about my previous employment, as one firm that I worked for 9 years ago was no longer in business. I was told to dig up W2s and fax them to her, which I did. Then a week later I was told that my driving record was unacceptable, and I wouldn't be receiving an offer. I have no points on my license, no speeding tickets, but I was in 2 car accidents in 10 years. One was my fault, the other I was rear-ended. I was jerked around for another 3 weeks while they looked into it, then I got a screw you letter in the mail.

6 interviews, all by zoom. The interviewers were all cordial and prepared -- some overlap in questions, which leads me to believe that many of the interviewers received the same interview training.

I received a call not long after applying. They wanted to know my experience with regulatory work, where I went to law school, etc. Then they wanted to know what I earned at my prior employment which I refused to give them (see below).
