Entretien
First, a breakfast with all the candidates. Two are there watching you. Very uncomfortable.
Then went to 5-6 rooms. some have two interviewers. some have one.It was a simple sit down meeting with a supervisor and she wanted to know what I thought about work and how I would act as a team player.It was an extensive interview process. I knew they were serious about hiring me when they ordered a series of very expensive personality and IQ tests.

Will you be able to demonstrate your financial decision making for us?
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening then an interview with 5 different AIG employees. Finally you will receive the final decision. During these interviews they were mostly behavioral questions.

Why do you want to work for AIG? Why are you interested in this specific job you are applying for?
Very friendly and patiently explaing the job function. They tend to look for people that can be with the company for a longer term and are willing to provide training if you get in.
Quick and easy, all interviewers at the panel were very welcoming and friendly. one of my favorite interview experiences, would definitely recommend trying out this process. consisted of 3 rounds
