Recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. I went through 5 interviews which took over 6 weeks due to the hiring manager traveling. Interviews were with Recruiter, Matrix Manager, Co-worker, Hiring Manager and employee reporting to Hiring Manager. It was fairly long process. I had 4 on phone interviews and one face to face interview with the Hiring Manager.
