Pretty straight forward. Phone screen to start, then an in person interview with 3 different people. If you pass, they do another interview. Very straightforward. You can tell that they really care about choosing the right person for the job.

I was scheduled for a phone interview. The interview lasted some 45 min. Pretty straightforward and to the point. Questions pertaining to the experience listed on my resume and analogies with their needs for the position.
