I cleared the interview process with an affirmation that the company will release the offer letter soon. This was 3 weeks into my 3 months of notice period from the previous company. Akkodis did not release the offer letter till today. I called/ went to the office/ requested the HR there to please release offer till the last day of my notice period. But they just kept on making excuses one after the other. This is what they do. Play with careers of people. I had to eventually take another opportunity which didn't met my exact expectations as I trusted the HR at Akkodis that they will eventually release an offer to me. Pros: the company may give you great opportunity to work on good projects Cons: Recruiter will not release you an offer in the first place!!
