I was intervied by one of the founders/directors. Interview started well with basic competency questions, followed by asking me why I chose this industry. After this the interview went for a turn for the worse. The interviewer got my education wrong (I assume he did not read my CV) and asked me what I thought about overtime as it's something very common at AKT II. One would think they're trying to disuade someone from the job. Then I was asked about politics which is inappropriate for a job interview. I was then shown around the office by an employee before having a quick chat with them about thier experience.
