I interviewed for an intern position and they hired me on board and luckily liked me enough to give me a full-time offer when I finished the internship. I interviewed with 4-5 full-time employees and they basically explained to me what the work pace, environment, and concept of the job is like. It really helped me learn what the culture and the job entails as well as them getting to know me and how well I would into the environment.
