Interview process was misleading and in the dark. The company kept trying to force me to commit to a salary without knowing the full extent. Very unprofessional. After interview with the client and not the company I decided to withdrew as I didn't see a fit for me to move and they became unprofessional. I found out they spoke very poorly about me to the client and made it seem I said no to the position but I said no the company. Poor PTO, poor 401k match, no education assistance, no clear bonus system.

Manipulative, condescending, controlling, nosy, intrusive. They want you to immediately share your resume, so they can skim it for contacts. They won't share the name of their client they are submitting you to, but you are expected to tell them all other places you have been submitted or are interviewing at. If you show any hesitation at all as to sharing information, the rate you are expecting, or tell them you are interviewing other places, they will drop you like a hot potato. They will keep you on the phone for half an hour no matter how many times you have spoken to them previously. You must promise to accept the job if it's offered, even before you've had a chance to interview with the client, or, again, they will summarily drop you. The worst recruiting firm I have ever dealt with, among dozens in my career. They also keep detailed files on every candidate interaction. I have been contacted by this firm's creepy, unprofessional recruiters dozens of times and wasted hours of my time. NEVER AGAIN. RUN AWAY!
