It was very straightforward, First a screen phone and then they scheduled the interview in person. During the interview, they asked the common questions and described the position better with the supervisor.

Straight forward with 2 supervior and not technical tested question, about half an hour. They have a sheet that they followed to ask you question about and evaluate based on 2 superviors.
The interview for the Laboratory Assistant position at ALS went very well. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, the questions were clear, and I felt confident explaining my skills, education, and motivation for the role.
