I'm not sure what they were expecting from the candidate. They took my interview for an hour and then they decided to reject me in ten minutes. Firstly, they called for an in-person interview which could have been taken online. Then they asked me questions and I believe I answered them correctly or maybe some might have been wrong. The first interviewer was a female and the other one was a male. The male one was asking me the same questions that the previous interviewer had asked. I mentioned that I had not done TestNG yet he asked me questions about testing. In their job application, they mentioned that the candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in automation and should have overall 3-5 years of experience. I don't get what they were expecting from the candidate. One individual is joining the organization to get groomed. If they had all the knowledge then wouldn't they be opening their organisation?
