Entretien
Was a span of 3 interviews - 2 of the interviews was with another potential hire. Basically asked us typical questions you would expect working part time at a movie theater (what hours are you looking for, can you lift up to a certain weight, customer service skills). Also gave us some handouts to memorize for a qualitative test.

Entretien
I applied online, which was very easy to do. I then got a call 2 weeks later, in which a short phone interview was conducted. They just briefly ask you about yourself and why you want to work for AMC, and then they go over a few policies about working there. I set up an in person interview for the next day. The managers were really nice and laid back. The questions were pretty simple. The biggest thing was the stubs program! Know both of them backwards and forwards! Even if you mess up a few details, it's not a big deal, but really, really study the material before you go in. All in all, it was easy and a good experience.

What problems do you think you might encounter working in an environment like this?
I was called and asked the usual questions and was told the uniform policy. When I did it they told us it was originally was supposed to be a fun interactive thing but ended up being 1 on 1.
