I interviewed for 2 PM positions and both times HRs were lousy and pathetic. One HR told me that since they cannot sponsor for this position my only option is to marry an American citizen. The other HR never responded back after multiple follow-ups. Such a pathetic experience with this company. Both HRs mentioned that they were called back from their retirement. Why would you want such people back in your company when you can hire fresh talent, they might have less experience but they would definitely not be so unprofessional like these older HRs.

HR told me she has a meeting scheduled with the hiring manager on a specific day to go through my profile and she will get back to me after that. she never got back to me.
The other HR for the second position I was interviewing for said they cannot sponsor and I should marry an American to find a job here.

Entretien
Applied through AMD job portal. After a month, received call for discussion with hiring manager. Subsequently spoke with two team members before traveling on-site for discussion with engineering director. Overall smooth process & usual program management questions. Team was quite friendly & transparent with all my queries.

Entretien
Firstly, HR reached me and requested for my resume, this took 1wks to assessment about my CV. Then three days later, one video technical interview was scheduled by HR with hire manager. She was very impressed and satisfied with me, said panel interview would be scheduled later, but no feedback till now.

I've been asked straight forward, fair questions, moderate difficulty. Depending on the seniority level - questions may not be deeply technical.
The interviewer was honest, with no misleading questions. Patient and trying to get the knowledge from you, not to feel negative.
