After applying online I had a first phone interview; it lasted around 30 minutes and it focused on my background and experiences. A the time the interviewer wanted to get a general opinion in order to then refer me to the right opportunity. I then got invited for a second video interview where I met two Team Leaders for the Client I was being considered for; it was around an hour long and this time they took some time to better explain the position, then I was asked question both about my skills from a technical and more situational point of view.
