phone interview with somebody in Poland, very pleasant and then a face to face on-site. Pretty standard questions, i had 2 years previous experience so not rocket science. The lady i spoke to couldnt give me much information about the client site i would be working on, which was telco company. When i asked about maternity benefits, they couldn't answer.
A few rounds with AMS and the client. Pretty simple conversations that lasted about 30 minutes to an hour. Very welcoming and inviting interviewers on both sides of the business.

Very good interview process, very relaxed and everything organised well. Interview carried out over Teams. More of a conversation and didn't feel under pressure at all. Overall was very happy with the process
