First was a basic interview, why you want to work here, etc. They then discussed a project they would like you to do which is a pretty basic programming project, you are then expected to act as an employee and present your project back to a 'client'. If you pass those interviews, you have a final culture interview which is a more generic interview I'd say, but quite an important one so be prepared!

Applied on company website. Recieved an email the next day asking when I'm available for a quick telephone interview (more of a casual chat discussing experience with agile etc.) Completed HTML/CSS/Js coding challenge. Received an email a week later inviting me to assement centre. Assessment centre comprised of a group exercise and presentation prepared by myself based on a case study sent along with assesment day invitation. Received feedback 24hrs after assessment centre
