multiple round ranging from HR to hiring manager focusing on investment space, DB and DC pension regulatory process and news and trends within the ESG space. Not too hard but very topical and investment theory focused.

Several rounds of interviews starting with a phone screening with an internal recruiter. This was followed by three rounds of interviews, with the final round being in person. The final round provided an opportunity to meet with the appropriate team.

Welcoming, comfortable. Two interviewers, one asking HR questions and the other asking technical questions. Questions based on CV, past work experience, and technical questions. For example analyze business strategy of the company you interned at using PESTLE, SWOT analysis etc.

Entretien
It was a two round process, with the first round being an introductory round and the second roun was more problem solving oriented. Overall, th eprocesses were smooth and fast, and there were plenty of communication in between.
