very simple, desperate for people, seems like all you need is a teaching license, interview was very informal, the easiest interview I've ever had for a teaching position, don't sweat it. I prepared for it but didn't ask any of the usual questions, they didn't ask too much.

Entretien
A huge waste of time. Very disorganised team with very poor communication skills. I had to chase this school for months and even after multiple interviews they just continued to waste time with pointless tasks. I strongly recommend all to avoid.

Question 1
Many pointless questions that just seemed like they were delaying for time.

There wasn't an interview. I sent them my CV and they emailed me back offering me the job. I think they are desperate to find people that have actual qualifications to work in an international school. I found out later most of the teachers do not have teaching qualifications and some have fake degrees. It's pretty much impossible to not get offered a job here as the turnover is so high.
