Headhunted by a member of the Milwaukee talent staff. Didn't feel particularly welcomed or felt like the interviewer cared about what I had to say. Talked about how 'green,' I was and that my experience may not be enough (despite being over the age of 25, BBA, and having the requirements for the job listed). Had a very standard interview with typical questions one would expect. Couldn't help but feel my younger appearance immediately affected the interviewer when I walked in the door.
Wasted a day of PTO, travel expenses, and hours of my time going for an interview. I will never let another recruiter sell me on a role 'they think you'd be perfect for.'
