The interview calls were initially very friendly and structured however it took almost 2 months to finish the whole process and receive the final decision from them. Also the case study that was the part of the interview process was a legit full scale marketing strategy which should be paid and not casually requested from the candidates. The tasks really looked like smth that would be internally used and not so much speaking about the skills and qualifications of the candidate.
