3 stages: 1st with HR person 2nd with the Hiring Manager 3rd with the Team Lead Very disappointed with the result as we convened to not start the process until they confirm their budget allowed for my desired pay. After the process, I received congrats and enthusiasm for collaboration but the pay was way below what we convened in the beginning. I refused the offer.
