I had a very pleasant interview with Tonya A. She asked excellent questions and, hopefully, I gave satisfactory answers. Tonya offered great details regarding the customer service call center and what she expects from every representative. The position seems to be a challenging and rewarding part of the ARS-Rescue Rooter success. I hope to receive positive feedback soon.

Very streamlined - thorough process , and there are multiple possible persons whom you may interview with ( either 1 or more as you are filtered through the process ) … the interviewers answered all of my questions thoroughly and they gave me plenty of info about the company and their expectations are procedures … I was very pleased overall….

Not many questions, just basic what do you know what are strengths weaknesses not a hard process at all. I’m not sure how it works now with different management but good luck
