Was contacted by the recruitment person to setup an interview.
Interview was a video conference with 3 chapter leads.
The first person didn't even turn on their video, and the second person continued working during the interview.
Didn't hear back from ASB, not even to say the application was unsuccessful.
On their careers website the following is stated: "Our values of Caring, Passion, Integrity, United, and courage are the characteristics that best describe who we are and what we stand for." This is obviously just window dressing.

Entretien
Went through 2 rounds of interview that covers both technical and behavioural competencies. Towards the next step found out that expected salary (which was provided at the initial stage) is way beyond salary band for the role and business travels are self-funded.
