There were 2 rounds to the interview process. The first round was a phone screen with district manager. It lasted about 30 minutes and was somewhat casual. The District Manager wanted to know about my previous experience, reason for looking for a job and career aspirations. The second round was an in-person meeting with district manager and office staff (other recruiters and account executives). This round was focused more on making sure we all felt like a cultural fit.
