It was a telephonic conversation followed by an In-Person interview. Everything was smooth sailing and had an offer immediately on the same day. It was great experience while talking to CEO and understood their vision.

The first round would be HR and the second would be Technical. if the candidate clears both the interviews then he will get selected or some time the hiring manager will take 1 more round of interviews.
