Avoid. I was emailed about an interview, I explained I did not live in the city they were hiring and could we do a telephone interview, I was told yes just to be cancelled on the night before. We exchanged emails again where I was asked to come in person instead, to which I traveled 4 hours for the GM not to be working that day and no one who was working knew I was coming in. I then received an automated email a few days later saying that my application was no longer being considered. No apology or anything.

Had the interview with the General Manager and the Operations Manager, both of them being very open and friendly. Interview took around 30 minutes. Got an offer the next day and accepted.
