I applied online for the position in Wilton, CT. Recruiter from ASML contacted me after about a month.
Recruiter asked me normal questions like what I know about ASML, Why I am interested in the position, Are you willing to relocate and what are compensation expectation.
After that it took them about 2-3 weeks to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. There were two hiring managers during the interview and they ask me question from my resume. Hiring managers were not friendly and they had a serious looking face.
After that it took them about 2-3 week to schedule an interview with the two of the team members. I ask the interview scheduler to reschedule the interview but they didn't do it and said the team is not available at any other time.
During the last interview, the team member asked me question related to field, described me what they work on and what are looking for in the candidate.
After the last interview, Recruiter contacted me after about 2 week and let me know that the team is interested and again made sure if I am still interested and what my compensation expectation are.
I gave my answer to the recruiter and ask what will be the next step. Recruiter told me that they will make me an offer a week after. After waiting for more than a week, I tried to reach out to the recruiter and they didn't responded to my calls or email for like a week. I contact the interview scheduler to know the status and later I got a mail from recruiter that they don't have any position that matches my profile.
