J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez ASML (Eindhoven) en avr. 2022
Entretien
The interview process was a bit chaotic. It took time since recruitment called me to schedule the 1st call. The panel consisted of 3 people, one of them the hiring manager and the other 2 team members. The hiring manager joined the interview late and left after 30', because he was "busy". The discussion continued with the other 2 people, but obviously, they were not prepared with any questions. The input I got is that the company is huge and that the product is very complex, but any time I asked them to elaborate, the answers were very generic. After this experience, I decided that I didn't want to proceed because there was no chemistry mutually.
