3 stages of Interview
1st is Onsite interview with Team
2nd is you have to write some Online exam where verbal and some Intercultural questions where asked and then discussion with the Department head
3rd is HR round
final offer
First hr interview. Then a technical round with 3 engineers and manager round.
Hr interview was straightforward as well as technical questions. Internal candidate was selected as it was less risky in terms of adaptation.
The meeting topic was not clear with the 4 different Team Leads. It was like a fake theater which I noticed later on. Normally you would understand their aim even if it is a difficult interview.
