I applied in October & interviewed at HQ in January after a quick interview via phonecall with HR. I was then asked for another interview but since I was based in Northern Ireland, they kindly offered to conduct this over Skype which was great. The interview in HQ was based on a preset task and technical questions. The Skype interview was more personal and career based questions
