Entretien
I was given a phone interview 2 weeks after applying. They brought me in for an in-person interview and it took them another 2 weeks to respond back to me. Overall, it took them over a month and a half to realize that I wasn’t what they needed. It was extremely unnecessary and it says a lot about the organization as a whole. Granted, at least they had the fortitude to tell me through an automated email.

Very personable, thoroughly went over the position requirements and the description of daily actives. Willing to answer any questions i had. Upfront with deficiencies of the past and what they have done to improve. Hiring process is transparent and open
