They reached out to me regarding a possibly opening. We chatted for about 30 minutes over the phone before moving forward. They required a personality quiz over the internet and then a 1.5 hour in person interview & tour. Interview was laid back and they were really keen on giving me a good idea of what they wanted and how to succeed.
