Overall okay but could be more structured and provide a better experience. Nice people but seemed a little lacking in structure or goals and vision of the role and responsibilities.

3 step interview process with a presentation to work and prepare for. Huge waste of time. They want to hire a product manager who can do product discovery, validate the right ideas, and show how they arrived at the right most pressing problems to solve with obviously ROI in mind, but don't themselves want to invest in that process. Suggested the basic product management process is overkill and their organization is all red tape! So why hire for this role? Strange!

It was an online interview with predetermined questions and times, ranging from essay to Q&A formats. It was difficult in the sense that you are speaking to a computer where you see yourself being recorded.
