The first phone call was with a recruiter and the second was with a woman located in Deleware who oversees Deleware and Massachusetts. I am still waiting to hear if I have an in person interview.

I applied online, received a phone call about setting up a phone interview with a hiring manager. I returned her call and left a voicemail, a week later I called again leaving another voicemail. I eventually got an email stating the position had been filled

Entretien
First was a phone interview with several questions based off of interest in the company and background. Then I was invited for an in person group interview at DE headquarters in Newark. The interview was abut 40 min and it was a very relaxed environment. Afterwards a phone call was received stating I had been offered the job and they emailed me a contract that I signed and faxed back to them.
