It was a very relaxed interview compared to some other's I've gone on as of recently. They did their homework, asked me relevant questions and tried to see where I was the best fit.

How long have you been in the industry? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Why do you want to work for ATI? What value will you bring to the company? Tell us about your experience in the past and how's its relevant to the position you are applying for? What kind of training and industry certifications do you have? How much revenue can you bring to the table?
Waiting for interview, i did a pre-interview call, my interview with regional manager is happening today. I’ve doing some research about the company and it seems like a good one.
Very easy to speak with the recruiter. Even though it took a few weeks to hear from them after I applied. They showed interest and sold the dream. We will see if this works out.
