Amazing experience overall. Daunting at first as i am really rubbish at cars but i have some retail transferable skills being in fast paced retail for 12years. The interviewing manager was amazingly cool and made me feel so comfortable. We even had a laugh about a technical question when he asked me how would i change a tyre and as awkward as it was for me to answer that, he appreciated my effort and explained the whole thing to me in details and told me not to worry as i will be given the training in every aspect. The interviewer was a newly promoted area manager and was very honest about his expectations from me and i found it so encouraging to see that everything he was saying was ticking all the boxes for me. Interview was more than an hour but very informative and clear. Can't wait to start work at ATS and with my new Area Manager.
