Overall a complete waste of time and Atto was unprepared. I applied for Marketing Customer Specialist and received an invitation for a face to face interview to "review multiple opportunities". This excited me because I have a versatile background that could be a fit for marketing or sales. So I drive all the way out there and first meet with the CFO. He apparently has taken over for HR because he said they laid off a bunch of people in the past year (which was a red flag). The interview with him was about 15 minutes and pretty easy but he clearly didnt read my resume much because he thought I worked at a completely different company than I did. He then started to explain the open role which would be basically channel sales and said the average salary ... which was 20k less than what I make now. I tried to be nice and say I dont want to waste any further time as there is no way I can entertain that. But since I drove the 30 minutes there he said he would bring in the department manager. I figure maybe there's a different opening and this wont be a waste of time. After all I was told "multiple opportunities". But nope. Again interview fairly easy and again offering the same position and pay. It honestly makes no sense based on my resume why they thought I would be interested at that salary level and based on the amount of experience they are looking for, no idea who is going to want to do that job for only about 55k. This could have been a 15 minute phone interview. If they are that unprepared for an interview I doubt it's a great place to work.
