Very standard interview, took approximately 30 minutes. Most of the question centered around my experience working with people with developmental disabilities and how I would handle various situations that could occur while working with such a person. The.interbiew took place with 2 program directors and was a very comfortable situation.

It was one on one. I like the way they were hiring then. A lot has changed after the company had a new management which brought a lot bureaucracy and confusion. I wouldn't advice anyone to apply unless you want to get experience.
