Applied on the website and then received an invitation to do a video interview. After the video interview I was invited to have a face to face interview with the hiring manager and a couple other people. Before my face to face interview, I had to do an online personality test that took about an hour. It was pretty easy. After a couple weeks, I was asked to come in and interview with the hiring manager again to gage my interest in the position and the company.

Applied through website, and was sent an email several weeks later on a Friday with a link and instructions to complete a recorded video interview over the weekend. Received an email a couple days later with instructions to complete a skills and personality test. Next email had my interview date and time. The day of interview, got lost because the address was wrong and no one in HR answered my phone calls. Interview was fine, but i never heard from anyone at Abbott again. Incredibly impersonal process.
