Well, it has 3 round interview. First it will go through your resume and background very basic question. The second round is tech, SAS Marco, SAS Sql, Clinical Trail question. The final round is talking with four directors all behavior questions. The only part i don't understand is why you people never post job online, and let staffing company find you talents every time.
