Interview process wasn’t bad but leaving a negative review as I got through to the final stage which required me to drive to The Oxfordshire office from Kent (UK) which is about 3 hours drive. I was told after the final interview took place that I would hear a response the following week. It has now been a month and I have not heard anything at all. I’m okay with not receiving the job and being told I was unsuccessful but to ask candidates to drive 3 hours ( book a day of work to interview) and hear nothing back a month later is absolutely ridiculous. Communication goes a long way and this experience was not a great one.
