Group interview. Managers are looking for people that fit the A&F look at that will be responsible workers. But the look is probably the major factor unfortunately, not your assets or other things you could bring to the company.

Super easy interview at the mall. The girl was really nice who interviewed me. I got asked to apply at the store and then in a couple days I had an interview.
