My arrival caused confusion because the person interviewing me wasn't even there !? I was interviewed by 2 employees and to be fair they did a good job. They sold the job to me and I made it clear that I was very interested in what they do and I wanted the job even with the pay cut. When I left , I was told that the relevant person would be in touch to discuss the salary etc. and given the impression the job was mine so I started mentally to leave my long term job. I HEARD NOTHING ! I was completely ghosted ! I contacted the recruitment girl who was my contact several times and tried others too. I tried calling, text and email but was completely blanked !! It's disgracefull and I think people need to know. I invested a lot of time and effort into it. I really wanted to enter this field and I was even prepared to take a big pay cut !? So it's your loss Opcare!! I am now an Assembly Technician working in Oxford .
