Don't waste your time. This company has appeared on several forums about how for the past 12 months, they've been posting ghost jobs. The interview process was very long and disorganized. Although the recruiter I spoke with over the phone was nice, the hiring manager and other interviewers lacked enthusiasm. You could tell that they didn't want to be there during the interview. There was a total of 5 interviews. In each interview, I asked each employee including the hiring manager, what they loved about working at Abnormal Security. Ironically, I kid you not, every interviewer answered the exact same way: "I enjoy working at Abnormal because the people I work with are really smart." There were already of plethora of other red flags but this made it even worse. It sounds to me like there really isn't much of a great company culture and that each employee is spoon-fed on what to say. It's a HUGE red flag if your employees can't speak genuinely on why they enjoy working for your company. To make matters worse, after making it to the final interview round, it took me weeks to hear anything back. The recruiter only got back with me after me reaching out a couple of times. This is very inconsiderate for candidates who spent so much time preparing and interviewing for your company. After 5 interviews including an unpaid take-home assignment, you would think the company could at least provide the candidates with an update. However, it seems like I dodged a bullet. Check out the other reviews on here and forums and you'll see that their hiring process is severely disorganized and broken. Would not recommend this company in good faith.
