Interview Process was very straightforward conducted by two higher ups. Have answers prepared and be prepared to answer with confidence. The interviewers were easy to talk to. Also, I recommend asking thoughtful questions.
Simple construction and past experience related questions, interviewer was intelligent and knew his way around the construction unlike some other companies who send in an hr person who has little knowledge

Entretien
Professional yet casual. Interviewed with someone from operations, estimating, and upper management. Interviewers take time to listen and are very interactive instead of just tossing random questions. It was nice to speak to different managers of the company and they make the process pretty comfortable.
